UNTIL WE BRING TO JUSTICE- THE THUGS WE CALL OUR LEADERS.
WE WILL NEVER HAVE TRULY FREE SOVEREIGNTY~~~~~
The biggest difference between the power structure (of probably) ANY nation's Government in this present day world, and the past few thousand years, is (in my view) in the early expansion of groups or "collective bodies of like minded people" - into nations, country, provinces, Etc. the most powerful groups, eager to rule over others- (for their own pleasure and greed) used VIOLENT BATTLES AND OUT RIGHT MURDER- to conquer other groups of people with different interests and thoughts of self preservation.
Violent overtakes of ruling groups, bodies and individuals,,,, was a common practice for thousand of years.
In the times during the turn of the 20th century; in the midst of the two world wars- the battles grew larger and the prizes grew greater. "to the winner, go the spoils" (of war).
These armies of self appointed leaders became stronger and more powerful, with each assassination and violent battle and overthrow of whole countries power structure.
It could be said, without exaggeration, these men considered themselves leaders of great countries" PAID ARMIES to Rape & Pillage their way into POWER and became the most powerful leaders of Super Power Nations which exists today.
BASICALLY -THE EARLY RULING PARTIES OF MANY NATIONS- WERE NO MORE THE "THUGS-----GANGES OF THUGS." Now they have gone covert with their methods and tactics to continue the "STATUS QUO" OF THEIR STRONGHOLD upon the rest of the populations.

I do NOT advocate drug use or any form of substance abuse. HOWEVER, we should have the Sovereign right to decide how to approach our addictive nature and the coarse of action we feel is best for us. Be it abstinence, or "the feeding of our animal-brain" enough to satisfy our addictions, should be our choice and ours alone. Unless that use interrupts the daily routine of others, due to events caused by our behavioral patterns. A respectful, thoughtful and Humane approach to addiction needs to be fair and balanced, with emphasis on the health and medical issues and NOT this "counter-productive" manner which side steps our rights as citizens to choose the way we manifest our destiny. Losing ones liberty does not curb the addiction or improve family problems in most cases. When someone is incarcerated for the sale or use of an illegal substance (not to include other illegal actions of theft, violence or other) this destroys the basic fabric of the family unit, without resolving the individual's physiological and psycho-emotional desires for the drug. There is NO law that can take away an addiction. We need more reasearch and better programs and methods of helping to either rid a person's desire for their unhealthy actions or help them create a safe and honorable means to sustain and maintain their habit within a lifestyle that is meaningful, respectable, productive and safe. With or without their drug of choice.

This "so-called" war on drugs isn't really aimed at ending drug use in the United States and the World. It is more like "Genocide of a Sub-Culture" of those people who use and sell drugs and their families and friends who accept them. Also, there is a huge economic windfall that would be crushed if the legal sale of items used for storage of these substances, paraphernalia , and markets that sell legal items ranging from lighters, to rolling papers, cigars to baking soda, smoking utensils (pipes), and a variety of items which are used in the manufacture, distribution and promotion of the legal uses of both legal and illegal substances that do everything from altering moods to altering perceptions.
Problems that erupt from from drug use, also have a wide range of causes which may have little to do with the actual effects of the drugs. The most widely devastating results of drug use are sustained when a user or seller is arrested, convicted and subsequently incarcerated as this causes more families to be destroyed by this action than the number of families affected by the unfortunate dysfunctional aspects of many users. However, this dysfunction would be better addressed by a HEALTHIER APPROACH of respectfully treating the entire spectrum of drug use/abuse with a serious unbiased objectiveness. Criminalizing people for making unhealthy decisions has to the worst abuse of a legislative body. There are far too many unhealthy actions
We live in a society which prides itself on freedoms. When personal freedom of choice, and sovereign decisions are side-stepped into being outside the social acceptance of the "norm," we place many groups and individuals at risk of the most sacred right of ALL, "Liberty." To lose ones complete freedom by incarceration and/or forced compliance to arcane laws are opposite of the rights given to us by the Constitution of the United States and is UNCONSCIONABLE.
The founding fathers of our country gave much thought and debate as to what should be included in forming the framework by which a collective body of a new nation would be able to unite all cultures and it's citizens lifestyles and backgrounds and to express the diversity of the nation as a whole.
"Genocide of a Sub-Culture," is the term I coined to reflect the way our culture has been divided and sub-divided and the background of ancestral diversity which lends credence to the creation of offshoots of the main branches of the "TREE OF LIFE," is systematically and meticulously being snuffed out by using such tactics like the "drug war," and the extraction social nonconformity by making their ideals and their lifestyles against the "law of the land." This is resulting in "Genocide of Sub-cultures" within the borders of our nation.
Taking into account these historic words; "Give me Liberty or Give me Death"
and these most important words.....
"WE THE PEOPLE of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
Our only true hope of survival and prosperity for everyone is to return to the ABSOLUTENESS of the Preamble, and hold a "CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION" to reflect today's social structure, using the basic outline of the original constitution.
"We the people of the United States of America," the primary context and the meaning of these words are inclusive of every individual member of our society, through years of constitutional amendments and Supreme Court "interpretations" of these amendments, plus legislative changes have SLICED the pie of our social entirety. Dividing the collective wholeness of the population of the United States of America. Thus, making it easier for hungry greed mongers to snatch up profits from mass fortune, funnel it to their individual and selective groups and become more powerful than our elected officials. They have been able to remain hidden behind the veil of secrecy and anonymity by quasi organizations and corporations, protected by "the Supreme Court," who have ultimate final say in determining which laws are constitutional and relevant to maintain the stronghold these powerful people have on influencing the decision making body (Congress). Congress makes ALL laws pertaining to the lives of each and every Citizen of the United States. However, these Supreme Court Justices are NOT part of the electorate. They are appointed by the presidential administrations which are in power at the time a new appointee is needed. These Justices are appointed for LIFE terms. Thereby creating the Highest unofficial office of our nation into a quasi government, overseeing the elected Gov. and shaping the social norms to conform to the narrow viewpoints of those within the "office" called the "Supreme Court."
This has caused us to become enslaved to the whims of the ones who influence the most powerful people in our nation. Anyone who disagrees with a Supreme Court decision has little or no recourse because they have final say to the point where they determine if we can even get an appeal to their decision. "FOX GUARDING THE HEN HOUSE."
Please STOP THE GENOCIDE OF A SUB-CULTURE within the fabric of our society, before it turns into a SILENT HOLOCAUST.

Love and the despair of none
I can see by the light of a stranger fire, the love there lies within is
confined to another heart. Yet, weeping and wanting will never change a
heart who's put forth a beacon of lust for one who doesn't not have
LOVE. Love is growing with leaps and bounds, even though for years it
has been oppressed, repressed and shoved behind the stove way beyond the
back burner. It still sparks for you, it still hurts and waits for
you. To you I give my love, freely... To you I give my heart... to you I
give give you everything, just like I have from the start.
You know who you are, you aren't still ready to accept this purity of love and friendship,,, due to the years of misunderstandings and projected hopes. Love is all I have to give,,, and time abundance becomes entwined, Time, hope, love, joy, truth, happiness...... the love I have to give is the love I want to give,, the love I hope returns, is only for my void. Love can fill the deepest darkest most painful place inside my soul. I can't make you love me, but that is my goal. Equal amount of love and trust, will turn into love from lust. From Herb to M.D.

Okay, here's the deal. I have my own vices and demons to deal with. However, I am sick and tired of this God Damn country's self righteous moral imposition upon ...those in our social citizenry. Because of the way Capitalism has completely overtaken our Democratic system of Government, we have covertly become a "POLICE STATE." Maybe covertly isn't the correct description, perhaps it could be said more like; "in the shadows of the public view."
The Herd Mentality of our general Society is being lead to slaughter by the elitist of our Governing body. We seem to be forgetting that this country was founded on the Democratic principles of a government set up "FOR THE PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE (OF) THE PEOPLE."
let us get back to this basic principle that WE are the government.

AN EMAIL I SENT TO SENATOR WHITEHOUSE

Hello Sheldon, (Sen.Whitehouse) The problems arising from the oil being expelled into Atlantic Coast calls for, "In my opinion," the help of the D.O.D. and HOMELAND SECURITY.
Our country is in such economic disadvantage, that this is becoming a Threat to our economic security and threatens the very fabric of our social network which relies solely on the economy.
If I may make a suggestion; use ALL our resources. Whatever it takes to stop further damage and to lessen the financial impact and the impact on the entire coastal environment.
Please set aside the party bickering and the disgusting negative attitudes of the congress. The more polarized congress becomes, the more division within the framework of the American ideal.

I support The Obama Administration 100% (at least 99.99% LOL) on the effort to shape the current time-line we are heading on, into a more positive outlook.

U.S. / MEXICAN BORDER and THE DRUG WAR
Radical agenda? Trying to insure everyone is insured with health care;
if that is radical,,,, then we should have jumped for joy when Bush
invaded Iraq. We REALLY needed to teach Saddam a lesson.(NOT) More like,
forget about Osama B L and his being so pissed at the U.S. for
encroaching upon his Poppy trade, and tried to hit "US" (the U.S.) in
our pocket book, to show he has bigger ballz then the Bush boys. (911)
besides there were many lucrative contracts to be made in Iraq, too many
mountains to Bomb in Afghanistan. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
wasn't about oil either. Illegal drug trade money was at the heart of 911. WAKE UP and SMELL the Opium. Oh and Mexican drug cartels have been saving their gazillions from selling drugs on American streets (American soil) and preparing to wage the war which is getting bigger and bigger as we speak. Does anyone think the drug war is about drugs? NO WAY..,it's profit. Strategy here started in the early 60's and has been covertly manifesting into what we now have at the border of U.S./ Mexico the WAR DECLARED BY RICHARD NIXON -BARBARA BUSH AND WILLIAM BENNETT.... only thing is,,,,,NOW IT IS REAL AND MORE PEOPLE ARE DYING because no one wants to give up the huge PROFITS from illegal drugs.
WE SHOULD TAKE IT OUT OF THEIR POCKETS BY LEGALIZING, TAXING, AND COMPLETELY CONTROLLING THE MARKETS NOW IN THE HANDS OF BOTH THE "CIA" AND THE CARTELS.
We would be able to afford effective research and alternative treatments for those who have given up their person battle to end or maintain their addictions.

"We the people of the United States of America," the primary context and the meaning of these words are inclusive of every individual member of our society, through years of constitutional amendments and Supreme Court "interpretations" of these amendments, plus legislative changes have SLICED the pie of our social entirety. Dividing the collective wholeness of the population of the United States of America. Thus, making it easier for hungry greed mongers to snatch up profits from mass fortune, funnel it to their individual and selective groups and become more powerful than our elected officials. They have been able to remain hidden behind the veil of secrecy and anonymity by quasi organizations and corporations, protected by "the Supreme Court," who have ultimate final say in determining which laws are constitutional and relevant to maintain the stronghold these powerful people have on influencing the decision making body (Congress). Congress makes ALL laws pertaining to the lives of each and every Citizen of the United States. However, these Supreme Court Justices are NOT part of the electorate. They are appointed by the presidential administrations which are in power at the time a new appointee is needed. These Justices are appointed for LIFE terms. Thereby creating the Highest unofficial office of our nation into a quasi government, overseeing the elected Gov. and shaping the social norms to conform to the narrow viewpoints of those within the "office" called the "Supreme Court."
This has caused us to become enslaved to the whims of the ones who influence the most powerful people in our nation. Anyone who disagrees with a Supreme Court decision has little or no recourse because they have final say to the point where they determine if we can even get an appeal to their decision. "FOX GUARDING THE HEN HOUSE."
Please STOP THE GENOCIDE OF A SUB-CULTURE within the fabric of our society, before it turns into a SILENT HOLOCAUST.

I do NOT advocate drug use or any form of substance abuse. HOWEVER, we should have the Sovereign right to decide how to approach our addictive nature and the coarse of action we feel is best for us. Be it abstinence, or "the feeding of our animal-brain" enough to satisfy our addictions, should be our choice and ours alone. Unless that use interrupts the daily routine of others, due to events caused by our behavioral patterns. A respectful, thoughtful and Humane approach to addiction needs to be fair and balanced, with emphasis on the health and medical issues and NOT this "counter-productive" manner which side steps our rights as citizens to choose the way we manifest our destiny. Losing ones liberty does not curb the addiction or improve family problems in most cases. When someone is incarcerated for the sale or use of an illegal substance (not to include other illegal actions of theft, violence or other) this destroys the basic fabric of the family unit, without resolving the individual's physiological and psycho-emotional desires for the drug. There is NO law that can take away an addiction. We need more reasearch and better programs and methods of helping to either rid a person's desire for their unhealthy actions or help them create a safe and honorable means to sustain and maintain their habit within a lifestyle that is meaningful, respectable, productive and safe. With or without their drug of choice.

This "so-called" war on drugs isn't really aimed at ending drug use in the United States and the World. It is more like "Genocide of a Sub-Culture" of those people who use and sell drugs and their families and friends who accept them. Also, there is a huge economic windfall that would be crushed if the legal sale of items used for storage of these substances, paraphernalia , and markets that sell legal items ranging from lighters, to rolling papers, cigars to baking soda, smoking utensils (pipes), and a variety of items which are used in the manufacture, distribution and promotion of the legal uses of both legal and illegal substances that do everything from altering moods to altering perceptions.
Problems that erupt from from drug use, also have a wide range of causes which may have little to do with the actual effects of the drugs. The most widely devastating results of drug use are sustained when a user or seller is arrested, convicted and subsequently incarcerated as this causes more families to be destroyed by this action than the number of families affected by the unfortunate dysfunctional aspects of many users. However, this dysfunction would be better addressed by a HEALTHIER APPROACH of respectfully treating the entire spectrum of drug use/abuse with a serious unbiased objectiveness. Criminalizing people for making unhealthy decisions has to the worst abuse of a legislative body. There are far too many unhealthy actions
We live in a society which prides itself on freedoms. When personal freedom of choice, and sovereign decisions are side-stepped into being outside the social acceptance of the "norm," we place many groups and individuals at risk of the most sacred right of ALL, "Liberty." To lose ones complete freedom by incarceration and/or forced compliance to arcane laws are opposite of the rights given to us by the Constitution of the United States and is UNCONSCIONABLE.
The founding fathers of our country gave much thought and debate as to what should be included in forming the framework by which a collective body of a new nation would be able to unite all cultures and it's citizens lifestyles and backgrounds and to express the diversity of the nation as a whole.
"Genocide of a Sub-Culture," is the term I coined to reflect the way our culture has been divided and sub-divided and the background of ancestral diversity which lends credence to the creation of offshoots of the main branches of the "TREE OF LIFE," is systematically and meticulously being snuffed out by using such tactics like the "drug war," and the extraction social nonconformity by making their ideals and their lifestyles against the "law of the land." This is resulting in "Genocide of Sub-cultures" within the borders of our nation.
Taking into account these historic words; "Give me Liberty or Give me Death"
and these most important words.....
"WE THE PEOPLE of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
Our only true hope of survival and prosperity for everyone is to return to the ABSOLUTENESS of the Preamble, and hold a "CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION" to reflect today's social structure, using the basic outline of the original constitution.

~~~~To Spark A Resolution~~~~
One great idea can "snowball" into a movement which can become unstoppable in the Grander Scheme of things.
Here is another piece I wrote because I do not like the word revolution in the context of politics or other world events.
To Spark A Resolution
Today is one of those “daze” when my depression balances on the verge of “letting me leave this world behind,” and/or “staying to fulfill the reason I believe is my reason to be.”
This “reason to be,” is, ‘as was,” a man of historical consequence.
Nameless, I will probably be, but my goals and purpose, “I aim true.”
The “Id within,” is the “I within me,” the “self” which sincerely and honestly believes there is a workable solution, by which ALL peoples from ALL places and nations thereof, can begin a new peaceful co-existence.
One of the first efforts needed is to end this “farse” called the “Drug War.” The war, (as I see it) does not exist as it is presented. The true nature of the “War on Drugs,” is vying for the huge profit the illegal drug markets bring. The “turf war” for control of these markets is being conducted by nations, cartels, corporations and other such entities in this ALL OUT military approach, unfortunately, at the pain, suffering and economic expense of those who can least afford it.
If we expect to create a new “future time-line” of harmony and peace, it would be wise to combine collective ideas of reasonable content and open a “dialog of truth” with ALL nations, ALL peoples of ALL cultural backgrounds, so we can stop the power-hungry, greed infested generation, from its continued stronghold on the World’s economy and the terrible, horrific results upon the masses. This “controlling elitist group” is herding the masses of the populace like sheep to be sheered. Keeping their flocks only as healthy as they need to serve and remain profitable, regardless of emotional turmoil upon each individual’s spirit, mind, heart and soul.
Like pawns, drones, widgets and other such adjectives used for the people Jesus Christ came to enlighten, ALL are unknowingly and unwittingly taking part in a struggle of Universal proportions.
God only knows, and only God knows.
I don’t advocate a belief in God or against God. To think there is NOT a God is as irrelevant as to believe there IS a God, because “if” we have no God then the job of creating our future is “OURS” AND OURS ALONE. “If” God DOES exist, he has given us the tools, “our intellect and dexterity,” so once again the job becomes, “OURS AND OURS ALONE!”
